Carrier Call release new version of XRate

Carrier Call has again proven its concept of XRate. As you can imagine it is a huge amount of data which is rated with XRate by Carrier Call module every month, naming the first and second largest cable company in Germany our customers. XRate - a next generation rating engine provides our customers with rated real time data. It rates CDR's – national or international with all specialties necessary - rapidly on one rating engine and offers a common view over the processed call records. According to the whole Carrier Call guiding line, XRate is free and open for every available CDR format, no matter if it is provided out of a classic TDM switch or new VOIP technology systems. The CDR information will be transcribed to XRate’s standard format and processed in one step. XRate is the basis for further information in XCarrier, which help you to take decisions in your daily business. Imagine to know the quantity and quality of your sent and received real time data at a glance during negotiations – already provided in your system.

You will find your data in a second step grouped in different views to check your margin, quality and any other information provided in the CDRs in easy-to-use charts by using XStat, the reporting engine of XCarrier.

Carrier Call adds an all-inclusive bilateral module XBilat to its range of solutions

In close cooperation with market experts Carrier Call added an all inclusive bilateral module XBilat to its range of solutions. XBilat - a module which handles agreements between you and your connected operators where rates/cost and/or volumes and revenues are committed or exchanged for specific time periods and supervises their fulfillment.
As bilateral agreements or swap deals are in close connection with rates, costs and least cost routing, the system takes the maintenance of all other parts as a master and supports you with graphical information and notification functions. To go into detail you are able to define exactly what should happen at the start of the bilateral (for example force routings, overrule rates and costs), at the end (exclude carrier from routing, keep the routing force) and of course also when you reached every single volume step you set up in your bilateral or swap deal.
The module is able to handle bilateral costs for billing and calculated costs for your least cost routing to meet all your requirements. The icing on the cake is a graphical overview which enables you to check the status of your agreements at a glance in different charts. To take the most benefit out of XBilat it is recommended to use it in combination with live data out of the XRate module.
